How does it work?

1. You explain your project to us. If necessary, we brainstorm together to refine your project idea.

2. You invest in your project through Asset Strategy - on your own or with your partners - and benefit from the status of bond investor.

3. You run your project as an entrepreneur. If you wish, you can get access to our business network: our portfolio of private investors looking for interesting investment opportunities, our international legal and tax advisors, and our Luxembourg trustees.

4. At exit, you receive the entire revenue generated by your project, after deduction of the ‘carried interest’ we negotiated together at the outset.

The benefits

1. Under Luxembourg law on securitisation (2004), you benefit from a secure legal framework, which leaves the full control of your investments in the hands of the beneficial owner: you.

2. You take advantage of the tax status of Asset Strategy, as your project is located in a specific sub fund dedicated to you. The revenues generated by your investments in your fiscal domicile take the form of bond revenue (coupon). Depending on your fiscal status, these revenues are potentially tax-free.

3. The bonds issued by Asset Strategy, which you buy, are identified by a specific ISIN Code (International Securities Identification Number), which allows for better traceability of your investments and centralised booking within your securities portfolio by yourself or your custodian.

Asset Strategy is not a service company nor a pure financial platform.

Economically speaking, Asset Strategy is an entrepreneurial, private investment company, operationally active and at the disposal of investors, entrepreneurs and businessmen to assist in the management of projects and increase the likelihood of their success.

Philosophically, Asset Strategy is a business network, which brings together investors who share the vision that international finance should serve entrepreneurs and are eager to share investment opportunities with one another using a ‘club deal’ approach.

Our characteristics

With Asset Strategy, you are part of an international environment that includes the Luxembourg domicile of the securitization company, the fiscal residence of the investors and the geographic location of their investments.

With Asset Strategy, investments are structured via the issuance of bonds which depend exclusively on the returns of the underlying securitized project.

With Asset Strategy, you benefit from a company’s compartment dedicated to your project at cost price.
